“Spells” and “Anima” are a major part of the world in SaGa Frontier 2. Systematic Spells and Anima Theory are important to the people of Sandail, leading to the rise of a unique civilization. In order to understand Sandail’s history and geography, we must first investigate the origins of this Spell Culture. This chapter will explain the following topics: theories on Anima as the core of the Spell System, the ancient civilization which created the Egg and left behind Megaliths and Quells, and the culture based around the use of Tools.
